About us - The Copes

We’re Kolby & Sara, photographer & filmmaker duo based out of Central Florida. With hearts that serve, our pursuit is to capture some of life's most memorable moments. These images and films we are able to create are full of our passion and joy for life in all of its moments - big or small, that is entirely up to the beholder. However, these moments center around YOU and that's what's most important to us. Everyone, every couple, has such a unique story and we're honored to witness those moments, capture them, and share them with you in a way that gives you some type of feeling.

With that being said, getting to know each and everyone of our clients is a fundamental aspect of how we like to get things done! Let's meet for a coffee and go over ideas for your shoot or talk about that one season of Game of Thrones that ruined our lives - or anything. Communication is crucial to our trade and we love being able to BE THERE. Let us help with your outfits for your engagement photos. Tell us your dream concept for your wedding or elopement. That all said, we promise that our attitude and passion reflects in our work and we plan for every session to be filled with joy and laughter.

WE HAD SO MUCH FUN BEING TOGETHER AND ENJOYING OUR FAMILY AND EACH OTHER ON OUR WEDDING DAY THAT OUR VENDORS BECOME MORE THAN JUST THAT - THEY BECAME FRIENDS THAT SAT AT OUR TABLE AND CELEBRATED ALONGSIDE OUR FAMILY. WE'RE SO THANKFUL - FOREVER AND EVER.

To summarize: we love traveling, tacos (basically a higher tier of chips & salsa), all dogs, and pretty much anything Taylor Swift. Okay, maybe only Sara is a Swiftie but Kolby definitely hears enough TSwift songs to know more than the average listener. We are blessed with two of the world's most adorable (we know this for a FACT) Labrador retrievers and have a little kitty we run into during the day whenever she decides to make her daily debut. We love what we do and only hope that reflects in our work.
